The terms that apply when you buy from Default's store, powered by HARD TICKET.
These Terms govern your purchase of products from Default ("Seller," "we"). The Seller is the merchant and seller of record and is solely responsible for the products, fulfillment, pricing, taxes, customer service, and refunds. This store is powered by HARD TICKET, a technology platform. HARD TICKET is not the seller, is not a party to your purchase, and does not hold your payment.
Your order is an offer to buy. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but is not acceptance; the contract forms when we dispatch the product (physical) or make it available (digital). We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order (including for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or stock) and will refund amounts charged for cancelled items.
Prices are shown at checkout, exclusive of taxes and shipping unless stated; applicable taxes and shipping are shown before you confirm. In the event of an obvious pricing error we are not obligated to fulfill at the wrong price. Payments are processed by Stripe on our behalf; HARD TICKET does not receive or store your full card details. Sales tax/VAT/GST is calculated at checkout; for international orders, import duties and destination taxes are your responsibility.
Discount codes, coupons, cart-recovery codes, and Fan Pass or other reward benefits are subject to their stated terms, cannot be combined unless permitted, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be revoked for fraud, abuse, or error.
Digital products are licensed, not sold. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license and may not redistribute or resell them. Digital products are available immediately; by beginning download or access you request immediate performance and lose any right of cancellation, and the product is non-refundable once access has begun, except where defective or where non-waivable law provides otherwise.
Where the store links to tickets, tickets are sold and fulfilled by the event organizer, promoter, venue, or ticketing provider (not by Default or HARD TICKET) under that provider's terms, and are generally non-refundable and non-transferable except as that provider or law allows.
Title and risk of loss for physical products pass to you on delivery. Products conform materially to their description and are free of material defects at delivery; otherwise, except for warranties that cannot be excluded by law, they are provided "as is." Nothing excludes statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The Seller's total liability will not exceed what you paid for the products giving rise to the claim, and neither the Seller nor HARD TICKET is liable for indirect or consequential damages, except where the law does not allow such limits.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Returns policy, and delivery by our Shipping policy. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, and if you are a consumer you retain the mandatory protections of your place of residence. The version in effect at the time of your order governs that order.
